Join EY and help shape the future with confidence. As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring that system architecture aligns with business objectives. You will lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients. Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Lead and deliver SAP projects or work streams, including requirements gathering, architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, maintain client relationships, and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions.
• Experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models is desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Controlling with focus on Product Costing; exposure to costing of different production strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order).
• In-depth knowledge of overhead cost accounting, integrated financial planning, margin analysis, universal allocations, and integration with other modules (MM, PP, FI/CO).
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; experience with hybrid delivery is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and ability to deliver complex reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices; familiarity with Parallel Ledgers and other SAP FICO concepts; strong tools for building reports.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4
  
  FIN.
• Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core SAP modules.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and industry accounting experience.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
