Weare seeking talented individuals to work as part of our Services team, performing software installations and value-added Services toour growing client-base.

The Technical Consultant role utilizes their technical knowledge in areas such as SQL, C#, XML, and other software skills todevelop client’s custom needs. This roleis a perfect blend of software development and solution design, coupled with client interaction and consulting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our clients’ Management to determine the necessary custom development or configurations necessary to solve their unique needs.
• Using SQL, develop custom process, build custom reports, or alter the existing reports required bythe client.
• Leverage your knowledge of our data structures, third party systems, and a variety of reporting tools to consolidate data across many systems to tell a story to theclient.
• Combine your analytical ability and problem-solving skills to solve problems.
• Communicate, bothin-person and through technical documentation with clients, on their environmental needs and configuration.
• Provide Support services to our clients in a production environment.
• Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.

• Bachelor’s Degree in technicalor business field such as MIS, BIS, ISYS, Computer Science
• Proficient with MSSQL Server development.
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to work aspart of a project team structure
• Ability to workon-site at client locations throughout North America
• Ability to pass stringent background investigations, required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
