About the roleAs Circle’s IT Specialist, you will play a hands‑on role in managing daily IT operations and supporting our growing team. Reporting to the Finance team, this role ensures all employees have the tools, access, and support they need to work securely and efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for provisioning and maintaining employee hardware and systems, troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues, administering key IT tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack), and assisting with compliance and documentation tasks. This role is highly collaborative, supporting HR, Finance, and Security to maintain a reliable, compliant, and scalable IT environment.
What you’ll be doing- Provision and de‑provision user accounts, permissions, and hardware
- Manage and maintain workstations, laptops, and related peripherals for all employees
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely and on‑site as needed
- Administer Google Workspace configurations, Okta permissions, Slack integrations, and other enterprise tools
- Assist with security compliance, audit logs, and documentation for IT policies
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Security teams on onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates
