About the Role:
We are Career Navigator to help individuals explore and grow healthcare careers. This role focuses on career coaching, workforce development, and building partnerships with schools and community organizations.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide candidates and employees through healthcare career pathways
- Provide career coaching, resume and interview support
- Build partnerships with schools and community organizations
- Represent the organization at career fairs and community events
- Track program outcomes and support scholarship initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in career development, talent acquisition, or workforce development.
- Knowledge of healthcare career pathways and workforce programs.
