The Air Force Recruiter is a full-time on-site role located in Tulsa, OK. The Recruiter will actively identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates to join the United States Air Force. Responsibilities include assessing candidate eligibility, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through the application process, and providing essential information about Air Force career opportunities. The Recruiter will also attend outreach events, deliver presentations, and work collaboratively within the recruitment team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, and building rapport with individuals
- Organizational and time management skills to manage recruitment timelines and applicant evaluations
- Knowledge or experience with military processes, requirements, and career pathways is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor in a structured environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to adapt to guidelines and protocols relevant to a government organization
