* ** Support benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, open enrollment, employee communications, claims resolution, and vendor coordination.**
* ** Assist with leave-of-absence processes, tracking, and documentation.**
* ** Support HR leadership with benefits renewals by gathering data and required information.**
* ** Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.**
* ** Process HR transactions within Workday and other systems, and assist with troubleshooting as needed.**
* ** Generate standard and ad hoc reports and support data analysis for HR and business needs.**
* ** Maintain records and reporting required for compliance, including EEO-1 reporting and other regulatory requirements.**
* ** Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.**
* ** Assist with Workers’ Compensation tracking and documentation.**
* ** Maintain required records, logs, and documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.**
* ** Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting requirements.**
* ** Gather and analyze data for audits, assist with audit calculations, and support audit-related requests.**
* ** Work closely with the Director of Compliance and internal partners to track and maintain permits, licenses, and required certifications across multiple locations.**
* ** Support compliance-related initiatives tied to operational requirements, including airport and location-specific regulations.**
* ** Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support compliance programs, including tracking certified vendors where required.**
* ** Review and track safety-related documentation and reporting, including monthly safety checklists.**
* ** Assist with processing compliance-related expenses, including invoices and required documentation through internal systems.**
* ** Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across HR and compliance processes.**
* ** Participate in administrative meetings and support HR projects and initiatives as needed.**
* ** Assist with evaluating HR programs and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.**
* ** Perform other related duties as assigned.**
* ** 3–5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or HR operations role**
* ** Hands-on experience with Workday is required**
* ** Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state environments preferred**
* ** Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law**
* ** Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion**
* ** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities**
* ** Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills**
* ** Ability to work both independently and collaboratively**
* ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
* ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace**
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience**
* ** HR certification (SHRM-CP or equivalent) preferred**
* ** Must be authorized to work in the United States**
