Requirements
  • Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses; managing benefits, employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations), recognition and appreciation, new hire orientation, retention and more
  • Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs
  • Assisted Living, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background
  • Human Resources Information System experience w/ Paylocity or another system
