Recruiter - Temporary

Description

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensures a compliant and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. This role is a temporary, expected 3‑month assignment and is not benefit eligible.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned hourly production personnel positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Develop and maintain job postings through HRIS and various job boards.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings through Hirevue system.
• Coordinate interview logistics.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Support structured interviewing and selection practices.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Ensure completion of pre‑hire documentation.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain compliance with hiring laws and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Experience with Paylocity highly preferred.
• Experience with Hirevue preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years' manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and practices.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
