Job Description
North Star Staffing Solutions needs Talent Acquisition Specialists to help us source and select professionals across the U.S. We have recently been approved with Wells Fargo, American Greetings, Bayer, TRW, Oppenheimer Funds and other major companies nationwide to help them fill their positions.
We specialize in placing experienced professionals and leadership‑level executives in growing industries such as accounting & banking, engineering, healthcare and others. With an influx of 150 new work orders, we need expertise to manage a continuous pipeline of orders.
We are looking for either experienced recruiters who have worked independently or with a staffing company (perm/PRN/contract/temp‑to‑hire) and/or coachable, energetic, and financially motivated candidates who are serious about pursuing a new career in recruiting.
Daily compensation is commission‑only and ranges from $7,500 to $22,000 per placement, with unlimited income potential and advancement opportunities. You can work full or part‑time, and we recommend a minimum of 20 hours per week to generate results. Training is virtual and performed in group settings; you will not need to come to our office.
Daily Tasks- Update and post ad content for our orders
- Contact and respond to candidates via email, job boards, and social media
- Follow up with qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships
- Ensure compliance with our standardized recruitment practices
Must have basic computer skills including typing, web browsing, and email, as well as excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills. Candidates should be self‑starters, detail‑oriented, have a detective mentality, be organized and disciplined, demonstrate a strong work ethic, maintain a positive attitude, and possess a passion for learning.
