Overview
Human Resources Business Partner (Benefits)
Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day operations and support core benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, COBRA, and 401(k) plans.
- Assist Schusterman team members with questions about benefits, and coordinate reimbursement and invoice processing.
- Assist with company event planning.
- Collaborate with members of the Talent and Human Resources team, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders to support a high-quality benefits operation that fosters an inclusive and positive work environment.
