Job Title
Senior Human Resource Supervisor
CompanyMulti‑Billion Dollar International Manufacturing Company located on the East side of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
LocationTulsa, OK
Pay RangeBase pay: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Job Duties- Manage employee and labor relations, training, organizational development and effectiveness, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Responsible for benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policy and procedure compliance, record keeping, and payroll support.
- Processes new hire paperwork and employee changes such as promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources.
- 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
