Housekeeper PT Vary; Rotating Weekends

POSITION TITLE:

Housekeeper

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the duties required.
• Should have at least one year of experience in a health care facility.
• Must be able to lift and/or move objects not more than 25 lbs.

SUPERVISORY CONTROLS:

• This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry.

PRINCIPLE ESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Light housekeeping in residents rooms, public areas, restrooms, and dining rooms.
• Help in the laundry.
• Any other duties as may be requested by the supervisor.

OTHER PERTINENT FACTS:

• Supervisor will supply work schedule.
• Supervisor may sometimes assign employee to work in another position, other than their own, to maintain a reasonable completion of daily working schedules.
