As Operations Manager you will report to the Deputy General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

• Provide strategic support to the Deputy General Manager and General Manager for all hotel operations.
• Directly lead the heads of departments.
• Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
• Succession Planning – Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff.
• Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
• Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
• A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
• Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
• Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
