Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg Night position requiring at least 1-2 years of experience and BLS/ACLS certifications in hand.

Job Details

• Medical-surgical unit in a hospital setting,

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM),

• Every other weekend required,

• Floating is required,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required in hand at time of consideration,

• 1-2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required,

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,

• Epic EMR experience preferred,

Additional Information

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred,

• No travel pairs or groups accepted,

• Former permanent staff of this facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler,

• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration,

• No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved; no RTO during the first week of orientation,
