• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656‑bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

• Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development over the life span to assess data reflective of the patient’s status, interpret the appropriate information, and identify each patient's age‑specific needs.
• Plan for the provision of patient care, including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current valid OK or Multistate RN License.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
