- Shift: Night Shift, 4x12-hour shifts per week (18:45 – 07:15)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/1/2025 – End: 12/31/2025)

Registered Nurse Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of recent MICU/ICU nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (all required for MICU nurse jobs) - Experience with Epic charting system preferred
- Ability to float to similar critical care units as needed
MICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the Medical ICU
- Coordinate nursing care based on established clinical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, PT, RT, Pharmacy, Social Services, etc.)
- Manage advanced ICU procedures: arterial line management, ventilator care, central/PICC line management, blood product administration, sedation, cardiac/vasoactive drips, and more
- Collect and analyze patient health data, identify clinical problems, and develop individualized care plans
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel in compliance with Board of Nursing regulations
- Conduct discharge planning and provide patient/family education
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to infection prevention protocols
- Float to like units within scope as needed
