Hiring for Night Shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
Pay, Benefits and Perks of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)- $1,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time qualifying candidates

- Provides personal care and comfort
- Moves residents to wheelchair or activity areas
- Assists residents with short‑distance ambulation within facility
- Takes and records vital signs and I&O as directed
- Provides direct and indirect resident care services
- Meets the communication needs of resident and family
- Communicates changes in residents’ clinical condition to the nursing team
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must pass a state‑issued exam
- Valid certification as a CNA in Oklahoma
- Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Effective communication with residents, their families, and facility staff
