We're seeking a Therapist (Inpatient) in Tulsa, OK! Join a dedicated behavioral health team where your compassion and clinical skills make a real difference in patient recovery.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay and professional growth potential.

Compensation: $74,000 – $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive treatment planning
• Maintain clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
• Support patients in crisis and guide them through therapeutic interventions
• Assist with discharge planning and community referrals as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field – Required
• Licensed in Oklahoma as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LBP – Preferred
• Master’s level graduates eligible for OK LPC will also be considered
• Prior experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting is a plus
