- Hillcrest Hospital South, a full-service 180-bed facility located in south Tulsa, offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services utilizing cutting‑edge technology in a welcoming community environment. As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South stands out for its exceptional orthopedic care. The hospital's RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high‑quality training for nurses.
- The Clinical Supervisor will uphold the mission and values of Hillcrest Healthcare System, actively advocating for quality patient care, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency.
- As a member of the leadership team, this individual will participate in system planning, budgeting, workforce management, and program development to ensure care meets HHS standards.
- The Clinical Supervisor may also supplement staffing as a circulator or Charge Nurse when needed.
- This role requires adherence to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- 2‑year associate degree
- RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- ACLS
- PALS
- CNOR within 1 year
Job Requirements:
- 4‑year bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5 years of surgical experience
- AORN membership
