We are hiring immediately for full-time PATIENT SERVER positions.

  Full‑time (6:45 am to 7:00 pm, days may vary – details provided during interview).
• Requirement:
  Previous customer service, fine dining, retail, and healthcare experience preferred.

• Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick‑up, special requests and needs, and in‑between meal food delivery.

• Exhibit a friendly, caring attitude when taking menu selections, delivering trays, and retrieving trays.
• Take patients’ menu selections prior to each meal.
• Comply with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal preferences are met within diet order limitations.
• Offer alternatives to the menu as allowed on prescribed diet considering food allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
• Assemble trays according to patients’ menu selections on tray tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Interact with nursing staff to confirm diet prescriptions and meet patients’ food needs.
• Retrieve trays from patients’ rooms.
• Maintain accurate patient information for each unit.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients who are NPO, on liquid diets, or have a calorie count ordered.
• Communicate patient‑related problems or concerns to appropriate personnel following department procedures.
• Adhere to facility confidentiality and patients’ rights policies as outlined in HIPAA procedures.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction goals by providing quality service.
• Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary working environment.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when assembling and distributing food supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports on time per corporate policies.
• Identify and use cleaning chemicals per manufacturer directions and MSDS sheets.
• Utilize equipment safely according to department safety procedures.
• Follow facility and departmental safety, infection control, and hazardous materials protocols.
• Adhere to emergency preparedness and life safety programs; participate in drills as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
