Overview

$19/hr.

Weekend shift hours:
Saturday 12am-5pm (16 hours), Sunday 730am-1230am (16 hours)

$19/hr.
32 hour weekend shift with an 8 hour flexible shift during the week, weekend hours include shift differential

  • Greet and assist all visitors and clients. Be courteous, polite and helpful to the public and clients at all times with continuous awareness of maintaining a positive agency image, with good customer service skills. Monitor front lobby flow and client needs. Maintain a comfortable and orderly lobby.
  • Answer multi-line incoming calls timely, transfer to appropriate parties, post messages in Teams, and send messages by email. Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and maintain solid customer relations by handling questions and concerns promptly and with courtesy and patience.
  • Calmly and efficiently assist with complaints and difficult or emotional client situations; handle all situations in a professional manner, exhibiting excellent customer service skills at all times. Utilize the EHR system efficiently to answer callers’ questions, as appropriate given clients’ rights and legal and ethical considerations.
  • Perform data entry and word processing (Law Enforcement and Lobby admission track time spreadsheet, and census auditing), generate reports using a variety of systems (Power Bi) and software.
  • Prepare pre-admission chart by entering in all paperwork associated with admission (Pre-Admit, Admission Referral, Emergency Contact, Income and insurance verification, Cross Episode Financial) according to agency protocols.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with clients with mental illness and or substance abuse is preferred.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Skill in exercising judgment and critical thinking, initiative self-control, patience in following detailed and/or written instructions; and in maintaining a sympathetic and harmonious relationship with patients with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
  • Skill to manage administrative duties as a Unit Clerk.
  • Prefer possession of a driver s license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
  • Ability to use computers, navigate electronic health records, and manage spreadsheets.

  • Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
