CCBHC is an integrated community behavioral health model of care intended to provide integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-and-family-centered care. The CCBHC offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services. The CCBHC scheduler will work in partnership with the Senior Program Director and with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model.

The Scheduler is responsible for the effective implementation of all day to day updates and/or changes to the Children’s Mental Health schedules, managed in the EHR system to ensure highest utilization of Clinicians time. Will ensure that scheduling is maximized for the clinician in the School Based and CFSC departments.

Responsible for answering concierge hospital discharge calls, Unite Us, eIntervention referrals via online system, cell phone, or email when discharge planners or referrals call, avoiding letting the phone go to voicemail as much as possible. Communicates agency information and relevant policies to discharge planners and sets appointments for discharging clients within 72 hours.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent, preferably with courses in typing, office administration and computer software. Two years of experience in related office work is required. All CCBHC required training courses must be completed within 30 days of hire. Requires ability to work with the public, ability to work with agitated, mentally ill and/or substance-abusing clients, ability to maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, ability to maintain a professional manner at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to manage multi-line telephone system and other communication technologies. Bookkeeping knowledge preferred. Must possess computer skills. Must possess a driver's license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
