$13.00/hr - $15.00/hr

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a state‑approved PCA certification training course (training assistance provided)
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
• able to pass criminal background check and drug test
• TB Test

• Deliver exceptional care to the client in their home
• Complete all daily ADL tasks safely and professionally
• Provide personal companionship and remain actively engaged with each client and their families
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Administrative functions: documentation of task completion and reporting changes in client’s physical or mental condition

• $13-$15 per hour
• $250 Sign on Bonus
