* Job Description:

** HR Division Administrative Assistant Serves as clerical and administrative support for the Employee Health and Human Resources department.
*
* SKILLS AND ABILITIES

*** At least two years’ experience in acute care hospital setting preferred
* Familiarity with Epic preferred
* Basic level secretarial skills
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
* Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment
* Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public
* Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
* Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
** EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
*** American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
* Current and valid Oregon driver’s license
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Basic Medical Terminology preferred
** EXPERIENCE
* ** Experience with OR-OSHA regulations regarding record keeping and reporting preferred
* One year experience in a medical office setting preferred
* Customer service experience
* One year of secretarial science or equivalent preferred
