Essential FunctionsAs an Account Executive, your primary role will involve driving growth by coordinating and acquiring new hospice business in existing and new accounts. You will identify new markets while maintaining current services and ensuring coordination of care for referred patients. Acting as a crucial link between our agency, medical communities, and referral sources, you will educate stakeholders about hospice services, enabling continuity of care and effective communication.
This role requires daily interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and the community to nurture relationships and oversee streamlined operations.
- A genuine desire to serve patients and families with compassion
- Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field or demonstrable experience in a health-related environment
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care context is required; experience in hospice is preferred.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation and the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs.
