• Provide companionship, emotional support, and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, etc.)
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and chronic conditions with patience and compassion
• Help maintain a safe environment with fall prevention and mobility assistance
• Build meaningful connections with clients and their families

• A compassionate heart and desire to help others
• CNA, HHA, PCA or caregiving experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
