This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Tulsa, OK. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic interventions for patients in need of rehabilitative care. Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, managing patient rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. The role also involves providing education to patients and their families, ensuring excellent care, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Knowledge of Medicine and its application in therapeutic practices
- Experience in Home Care and ensuring patient well-being in various settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, patients, and families
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Experience in skilled nursing or senior living environments is a plus
