, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high-energy, interdisciplinary team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities to create programs in cognition, memory care, return to home, and many more.

We provide ongoing training and career development opportunities as well as many opportunities for career growth with our growing organization. We have PRN and part-time schedules available as well.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK. We believe in the power of in-house therapy, giving our patients and residents moments of joy each day, and in developing and empowering our leaders with a fierce commitment to quality of care.

• Be an integral part of the in-house therapy team delivering occupational therapy services to patients and residents.
• Engage in program development, including cognition, memory care, return-to-home initiatives, and other therapeutic programs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and adjust treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.

• Current Texas OT license
