This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and provide therapeutic treatments to clients to enhance their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized care plans, delivering hands‑on therapy, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient‑centered care, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting caregiver education and training when appropriate.
Qualifications- Strong skills in assessment, planning, and implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in patient evaluation, creating individualized care plans, and monitoring progress
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Diligence in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Understanding of senior care practices and dedication to improving older adult well‑being
- Experience in mentoring caregivers and educating patients and families on therapy techniques
- Hold a valid occupational therapy license in the state of Oklahoma
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Basic computer skills with the ability to adapt to electronic medical record systems
