You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities, helping them live independently, safely, and confidently.

Location **– Sunshine Coast and Surrounding Suburbs
**** You Will:
*** Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals
* Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep
* Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping
* Follow clients’ care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager
* Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork
*
* What We’re Looking For:

*** Positive, flexible attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
* Respect and empathy for clients, families, and colleagues
* Ability to work across flexible casual hours
** Essential Requirements:
*** Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Current Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required
