Get to Know Your Team:
  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
  • To compile and file patient information, give information to callers, schedule appointments, and provide routine clerical support.
  • Assist in other areas of the Sleep Lab Department as deemed necessary. Interact with physicians' offices and other Hillcrest departments.
  • Work with the Sleep Clinic office to coordinate scheduling needs for our patients.
  • The position verifies insurance, obtains all authorizations, registers and does financial counseling with the Sleep disorder patients.
  • Will participate in performance initiatives.
  • Will assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the day to day operation of the dept.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Patient Access/Service experience preferred
  • Student completing a Polysomnographic program
