Job Summary: Provides transportation to and from healthcare facilities for residents of Skilled Nursing Facility. This job also will require some maintenance to the facility at times.
Duties- Must be capable of independently working on the following for transportation
- Transporting residents to and from appointments
- Moving residents about the facility
- Moving residents in an out of hospitals, and healthcare facilities
- Managing transportation schedule
- Communicating key information to facility team regarding transportation
Transportation position requires a valid driver’s license
Employee must be able to push, pull, move residents to and from wheelchair.
