Cardiac Catheterization Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

• Utilizes nursing knowledge bases to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Responds to life‑threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Practices in a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Invasive Radiology environment, applying theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including but not limited to cardiac pacing, hemodynamic monitoring, and mechanical ventilation.
• Organizes patient care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• Must obtain and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• If ACLS certified upon hire, must maintain; otherwise, obtain certification within the first six months of employment and maintain.

• Experience of 2 years on a cardiac floor or Critical Care Unit (ED, ICU).
• NIHSS experience.
