• lead and direct overall facility operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• develop, implement, and evaluate the facility’s business plan and operational budget.
• oversee nursing care delivery and staff competency, including regular rounds and performance coaching.
• maintain staff morale and retention through effective communication and supervisory practices.
• manage facility budgets, labor costs, and financial performance, monitoring for fiscal responsibility.
• develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize census and ancillary revenue.
• ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements and best practices for resident care.
• coordinate community relations and collaborate with government regulators, families, and health care providers.
• maintain confidentiality and protect resident rights and personal property.

• current and active state executive director license.
• organized, detail oriented, and self-discipline with excellent communication skills.
• genuine caring interest in elderly and disabled populations in a nursing facility.
• compliance with residents' rights and facility policies and procedures.
