Lead Dietary Aide – Oklahoma State University Medical Center
Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary: $38,000.00–$41,000.00
Job DescriptionThe Lead Dietary Aide provides the proper food for patients and for the OSUMC Café, following recipes and sanitation procedures outlined by State and Federal agencies. They serve as a link for any patient dietary concerns and ensure food items for the Café meet the highest possible culinary standards. Responsibilities include preparing and overseeing patient and Café food production, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and working the tray line, while supervising Diet Aides, cooks, and dishwashers.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Food Handlers' Permit (License/Certification)
- 1‑3 Years of Prior Food Service Experience (Preferred)
