• Plan regular and modified diets for all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff.
• Visit patients routinely, counsel patients on nutritional needs.
• Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assist with maintenance of department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed by the state in which the facility resides.
• 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting preferred; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
