- Preparing indoor and outdoor areas for learning or recreational activities.
- Helping children develop social skills through individual support.
- Providing basic physical care and wellbeing support, including toileting and meals.
- Assisting with transportation for activities.
- Communicating with children to support comprehension of basic tasks and information.
- A person-centred approach and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.
- Experience and relevant qualifications in the disability field are preferred.
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker’s Orientation
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- A valid Driver's Licence
At First Step Therapy Services, we provide specialised physiotherapy for children aged 0-18 years. Our team of paediatric-trained physiotherapists is dedicated to supporting children’s unique developmental needs.
