Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab Highlights/Benefits

• 1 on 1 Patient Care (No group therapy)

Come work on a team of 3 PTs, 5 PTAs, 4 OTs, 2 COTAs and 1 SLP that see an average of 6-8 patients a day from a variety of patient diagnoses. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 80% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and we are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
