Full‑time day shift Surgical Technologist (CST) at Hillcrest Health Care System in Tulsa, OK. Hillcrest Hospital South is a full‑service 180‑bed hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state‑of‑the‑art technology. Certified Surgical Technician required.

• Assist the physician in the direct care of patients in the operating room environment.
• Handle instruments and supplies necessary during the surgical procedure.
• Be competent in the procedure being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon.
• Ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure.
• Maintain a sterile field.
• Demonstrate proper handling of surgical specimens.
• Assist in cleaning, both routine and terminal, and stocking the operating room.
• Adhere to the Association of Surgical Technologists and Association of Operating Room Nurses guidelines.

• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Possess an accredited Surgical Technologist Certification or be willing and eligible to obtain it within the first six months of employment.
• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
