Core Duties:

• Review patient medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Outline clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record progress and modify plan as needed
• Educate patients and family about the recovery process

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 year experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new graduates strongly encouraged
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Desire to be part of a team that emphasizes a service‑based culture of excellence and lifelong learning

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
