• ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
• ✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• ✔️ Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• ✔️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

• ✅ SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• ✅ Oklahoma SLP (temp or full) license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
