Job Description:

• Lead all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, reporting on variances.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial reporting requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and policies.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to analyze and reduce production costs.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to present financial information to executive leadership.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
