Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations at a U.S.

-based manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in driving site profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency, partnering closely with plant leadership and global finance teams. This position follows a hybrid work model.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for the manufacturing site
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing data-driven financial insights
• Oversee site accounting activities in coordination with a shared services center, including AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial standards
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with the Facility General Manager on product costing, pricing, inventory valuation, and overhead allocation
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and performance analyses
• Lead, coach, and develop site finance team members
• Support external audits and collaborate with cross-functional plant teams as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years in a Plant / Site Controller role
• Experience in a global or multi-site organization is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial controls
• Proven ability to partner with operations and influence senior leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
