Insurance Assistant, Insurance Sales

Banc First Insurance Services, Inc. (BFINS) currently has an opening for an employee benefits insurance assistant position in our Tulsa office. Training will be provided. BFINS is a growing and dynamic independent insurance agency offering a very competitive compensation and benefit package. Must be proficient in the use of a personal computer and supporting software including, and not limited to Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Publisher and advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.

• client marketing
• preparation of materials for open enrollment
• reviewing insurance applications
• processing enrollments/terminations and changes with carriers
• maintaining client data in the Agency Management System
• other job related duties and special projects as assigned

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
