Wealth Management Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
The Wealth Management Operations Specialist I is responsible for transactional processing supporting Wealth Management accounts within the trust and/or bond accounting systems. This role ensures the accuracy of client account activity and reporting through trade processing, settlements, foreign currency exchange, and account reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process transactions for Wealth Management accounts within trust and bond accounting systems
- Execute trade processing and settlements
- Support foreign currency exchange activities
- Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate account reporting and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Wealth Management account officers and internal teams including Operations & Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit
- Coordinate with external depositories, vendors, and brokers to maintain accurate client account records
- Background in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Operations & Technology within the financial industry.
