Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of non-performing and high-risk Residential Transitional Loans, ensuring compliance and minimizing losses Develop and execute workout strategies for RTL assets, adjusting based on borrower capacity and market conditions Perform analysis on problem loans and recommend resolution strategies to senior management
Required Qualifications Minimum of 1+ years of experience in special assets, credit workouts, or loan servicing focused on Residential Transitional Loans Understanding of workout strategies, foreclosure processes, and collateral liquidation for residential properties Strong knowledge of GAAP impairment analysis and charge-offs related to residential credit Experience coordinating with legal counsel and internal teams for complex loan resolutions Ability to analyze data to determine optimal resolution strategies
