SummaryAs a Loan Servicing Coordinator you are running the mail room for all Mortgage Loan Servicing departments. You need to have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, problem solving and communication. This would include sorting mail, divvying to different departments, scanning, deciding where items should go. You would also be responsible for placing supply orders, as well as some clerical work for senior leaders.
The Loan Servicing Coordinator will also be responsible for the review and processing of returned mail reports and items.
The Loan Servicing Coordinator is responsible for the support of all areas of Mortgage Loan Servicing. This includes the review and processing of all servicing mail items, printing, facilities requests, supply management and special projects for both servicing sites and servicing leadership. The Coordinator will also be responsible for the review and processing of returned mail reports and items. In addition, the Coordinator will assist with coordinating department meetings and presentations.

How You ll Spend Your Time- You will receive, scan and research all incoming mail items. This includes documenting by uploading items into File Net and opening appropriate tasks in mortgage servicing system for resolution.
- You will assume responsibility for all department check printing and review processes.
- You will assist both servicing sites with various support functions such as: facility requests, floor plan updates, scheduling and coordinating department meetings.
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of high school or GED and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding and ability to integrate servicing procedure and department guidelines with regard to mortgage mail processing.
- Understanding of mortgage loan and mortgage banking policies and procedures
- Excellent PC skills to include MS Excel and Word programs
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communications and good mathematical skills
- Requires advanced research and problem solving skills
