EXPECTATIONS- Responsible for setting up purchase wire notification to be verified by internal wire verification specialist prior to sending a wire request to the designated warehouse lender
- Accurate documentation of loan details
- Position includes processing duties which can include reviewing each loan to ensure that it is compliant with company policy while understanding workings of FHAC
- Responsible for conducting research to verify that the company proceeds were deducted or set up correctly at the time of funding
- Will be responsible for prioritizing a large pipeline of loans as well as working and communicating with Title Agents and Brokers to ensure outstanding conditions are satisfied prior to disbursement
- Ensure system data corresponds to document data and product guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- BA - Bachelor of Arts
- At least 1 year of experience mortgage banking or loan processing preferred
- Ability to communicate with internal and external parties to obtain pertinent information
- Knowledge and application of some underwriting policies and procedures is necessary
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Current knowledge of industry guidelines and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
- Knowledge of mortgage banking
- Self-motivated

- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints

The base salary range for this position is () inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
