• Develop, analyze, and maintain pricing strategies for banking products focused on equitable access
• Conduct profitability and scenario analyses to balance revenue objectives with consumer impact
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and regulatory considerations
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure pricing practices align with fair lending laws
• Prepare executive-level reports on pricing effectiveness and financial performance

• Minimum of twelve years of banking, Fintech, or financial sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking, or related field
• CVP and CPA certifications required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and maintain composure under pressure

• Experience in developing pricing models for financial products
• Familiarity with fair lending laws and regulations
• Proven track record of effective collaboration across departments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations
