* Job Description:

** The SAP Record-to-Report Functional Lead provides expert guidance and training to the Finance team on financial processes and best practices. This role ensures accurate and efficient financial reporting, continuous close processes, and improved understanding of data flows. The position contributes to department objectives by enhancing system proficiency, reducing close cycle times, and improving reconciliation accuracy.
** Primary Duties
*** Coach and mentor Finance team members on financial processes and reporting best practices.
* Deliver targeted training on record-to-report processes and continuous close activities.
* Interpret financial reports and trace data back to transactional sources for accuracy.
* Guide team members in understanding and resolving process errors and discrepancies.
* Support month-end inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities.
* Assist with profitability analysis and internal/external reporting requirements.
* Develop and maintain training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** Job Requirements
** Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; 8+ years of experience in financial reporting and process improvement, including experience in coaching and training finance teams.

Experience with complex financial systems and project accounting preferred. SAP implementation experience is a plus.  or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
